Emmanuel de la Cavallería, 4th Duke of Navolupe, (14 August 1872 – 5 March 1935), was a Veranzan noble and rural landowner and became one of the wealthiest industrialist in Caregon in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
de la Cavallería founded the Imperial Cavallería Textile Company in 1897 and the Caregon Western Railway in 1904. He ran both until his retirement in 1941. In his retirement, he focused his energy and wealth on philanthropy, especially regarding education and the arts.
