Empordia is a historical region in northern Pacitalia.

It is currently divided into two autonomous communities, Alt-Empordà and Baix-Empordà ("upper" and "lower" Empordia). Grouped together, the region is the largest by area and one of the largest by populations. It is bordered by the autonomous communities of Sambuca to the south, Antigonia and Farronia to the southeast, and Marquería to the east. It shares an international boundary with Scandonia on the north and northwest.

Empordia is unique, as the majority of the population speaks Empordian as their first language, having originally been an independent state before being annexed by Pacitalia after the Spanish-Pacitalian War.

It has had a complicated history as a constituent part of Pacitalia, including a strong nationalist movement, though it has not had the periods of insurgency and violence seen in neighbouring Marquería. Empordians have a distinct identity, due to the linguistic and cultural differences between the region and the rest of Pacitalia.
