Her Majesty The Elder Empress Dowager, Earl of L′wa, Baroness of Kru, Pu, and Kyam, Mir or simply The Elder Empress Dowager (Shinasthana: 王太后舒百洘保泔矦敉, ghwang-lats-gwah-l′wa-brak-kru-pu-kyam-gwa-mir; 17 February 1853 – 14 September 1949) was the Empress-consort to Emperor Gwai from 1885 until his death in 1916, whereupon she became known as The Empress Dowager, and then later The Elder Empress Dowager following her son's death in 1921.

As there has not been another empress-consort who survives both her spouse and her spouse's successor, she continues to be known as The Elder Empress Dowager; when such an individual appears, she will then be known by her husband's epithet as Empress Gwai.
