Encunción is the capital and largest city of the province of Pototillo. It is the fourth-largest city in Costa Madora, after Copanaco, Cotorín and Reconrané.
The city is a part of the industrial triangle along with Contapón and San Anchea. It is ranked third in Costa Madora, after Copanaco and Reconrané, for economic strength. With a GDP of $341 billion, the city is Cunova's 36th richest by purchasing power.
Encunción is also home to much of the Madorian automotive industry, hosting the headquarters of Guerrier and Ateus.
