The Epaxtuler Ignezea (Armed Forces of Ignesia), or simply the Epaxtuler, is the military force of Ignesia. Comprised of four branches, the Isehtuler (Ground Force), Cavatuler (Navy and Marine Force), Xefastuler (Air Force), and Ivanaceatuler (Space Force), they are the largest armed military force in the world in terms of both active-duty and reserve personnel, with 72.8 million and 102.3 million in active-duty and reserve duty respectively. This force is supported by the largest military budget in the world, with about ₡4.64 trillion poured into the armed forces.
The historical stature of the Epaxtuler Igneza is unique in that it was established in the same year the nation of Ignesia itself was formed, over 2000 years ago. This leads to the Ignesian military force to be the oldest military force and standing army in the world, 1300 years before the Guard of the Grand Prince was established in Ferren. The Epaxtuler played a critical role in almost all of Ignesian history, from Vimicius' conquests to the World War. It is a pillar in Ignesian culture and unity, and has contributed to Ignesia's hyperpower status.
The Axemparex is de-jure the commander-in-chief of the military of Ignesia, but most action is from the Axempavekhepe, acting as the Tulern Rex (Chief of the Force).
