The Executive Office of the President of the Daoan Congrassional Republic is a government agency of the executive branch of the Daoan government directly under the auspieces of the President of Daobac. It is comprised of numerous offices and agencies that reports to the President and is headed by a Chief of Staff. Offices and agencies under the organization includes: the State Secretariat Office, the National Security Council, Homeland Security Council, Sustainable Development Council and many others. These offices help advise the President to make decisions on a broad range of issues ranging from general administration, legality of laws, foreign policy, defense and the economy. Unllike ministers who are political appointees and serve at the pleasure of the President, employees of the Executive Office are career civil servants who will continue to work in their respective offices regardless of a change in a presidential administration and cannot be removed by the President. While not constitutionally obligated to do, by convention employees of the Executive Office are expected to be non-partisan remain politically neutral so that they are able to provide objective, unbiased and impartial advise to the government. The Executive Office is led by Sái Vân Tiên, the current Presidential Chief of Staff since 2020.
