The 157,800 sq ft (14,660 m2) property is the most expensive house ever listed in Zamastan, selling in 2022 to an unknown buyer for ℤ138 million. The house was constructed by Cédric Cormier on a 1.03 acre property. Reception to the home has been mixed, with many critics citing it as an example of extreme wealth disparities and a columnist piece in the Tofino Times calling it "a billionaire's playground."
Built with entertainment as the intent, the 12-bedroom 25-bathroom mansion features a home theater with seating for over 40, a game room and bar, wine cellar, two-lane bowling alley, a professional salon, sport court, and "world-class gym."
