The Federal Cabinet is a body of ministers that forms the executive branch of the Guadajaran government. The Federal Cabinet consists of the Prime Minister, which heads it, TBA ministers, and TBA cabinet-level officials. The members of the cabinet are appointed by the Prime Minister, and must be approved by the National Assembly.

The President may propose the number of ministers and their roles for the National Assembly to confirm, and it is possible to reshuffle portfolios during the life of a Government. By convention, ministers are not required to be Members of Parliament (MPs), although they often are. Each minister is assisted by a secretary of state who serves at the pleasure of the minister.

The Cabinet is responsible for enacting laws and regulations passed by the National Assembly or orders declared by the President, overseeing the state's domestic and foreign affairs, and managing land owned by the state.
