Overview
The Office of Federal President is the highest Executive Authority in the entire Ahranaian Federation and is the Center of all Political things in the Government of Ahrana. The President makes all final decisions in the Executive and has the final say in some Legislative matters. The Office of President is evolved from the Office of the Secretary General of the Ahranaian Federation that was created after the Revolution. The President serves a Five Year term renewable multiple times and is nominated by a Political Party after a Legislative Election at the end of each term. The President is then Elected by the People in a Direct Election.
Election
The Federal President of the Ahranaian Federation is Elected every Five Years, the requirements for being Elected to and being Nominated to is:
- Must be an Ahranaian National Citizen
- Must be 31 Years of Age or Older
- Must reside in the Ahranaian Federation
The Congressional Houses are elected every Five Years just like the Federal President as the Majority Party Nominates Person for the Position of President, the other Political Parties send forth a Nominee, all People running for Office are then Elected Directly by the People of the Ahranaian Federation to the Office for Five Years renewable unlimited amount of times. After the Election Political Parties all then declare the Acceptance of the results and call a Session of the Congressional Houses for the Inauguration of the Nominee. Once Elected the Nominee is then named the Federal President-Elect of the Ahranaian Federation.
Inauguration
After being Elected by the People and receiving support from any other Political Parties the Federal President-Elect is Inaugurated on the Steps of the Congressional Houses of the Ahranaian Federation before the Members of both Houses, Judicial Courts, Federal Presidium, Republican Federal Deputy Generals, Foreign Dignitaries and the People of Ahrana. During the Inauguration the outgoing Federal President gives a Speech and Congratulates the Federal President-Elected on the Election and Officially Announces His/her Resignation from Office. The Former President then asks the now President to recite the Oath Office:
I, Their Name, solemnly swear that I will hold True to the Federal Constitution of the Ahranaian Federation and that I now the Federal President will uphold the Justice of the Laws she carries. I do also swear that as Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Ahranaian Federation that I will uphold the Statute of Peace that we hold so dear in our Democracy as Ahranaians have throughout History. I also pledge my loyalty to the People of this Great Nation as they have given me the Conformation to create and run the Government of this Federation. This I do Swear before you all and this I shall do, God so help me.
The President cannot reword or deviated from the Text and all must be said from Memory as to show they truly mean the Oath as the People Expect them to mean it with full heart.
Powers, Responsibilities and Roles
The Office of Federal President of the Ahranaian Federation is the Highest Executive Authority in all of Ahrana, thus meaning the President is both the Head of State and Government. The President fulfills the duties of each Position as it is required of the President. The Powers of the President are Executive and numerous and are granted by the Current Constitution of the Federation.
The President has the Authority to Dismiss and Create all Treaties with Foreign Governments and States, Receives all Foreign Envoys and Ambassadors in a State Reception, Appoints the Republican Deputy Generals after they are Elected by their Republics to the Federal Level, Nominates the High Commissioner of the Federal Republic of Xara, Appoints all Military Chief of Staffs and so forth.
Succession
If the Federal President is incapacitated, Killed, or Resigns from Office then the line of Succession is followed till the next Election of the Office.

Amenities
As the Federal President of the Ahranaian Federation the Presidential Palace (Former Peoples' Palace) is the Official Residence of the President and the Presidium Palace is the Official Seat of the Federal Government of the Ahranaian Federation. The Federal Constitution does not state whether the Federal President has to stay in the Presidential Palace as the Official Residence but Ceremonially and widely accepted view is the President stays in the Presidential Palace that houses the Secretary Generals, and the Monarchs of the Kingdom of Ahrana for decades.
The Current President has a Private Residence known as the Strasburg Estate which in full legality is hers in her Birthright as laid before the Laws of the Former Kingdom and current Laws of the Federation. The Constitution of the Federation does not state whether the President is allowed to have a Private Residence but it is widely accepted so they may have time away from the Public Eye when needed.
The Federal President has a March that is always played upon the Arrival and Departure of the President, on their Birthday, at Ceremonial Events regarding the President of Ahrana, and at the Death of the Current and Former President of Ahrana (Includes the former Secretary General A. M. L. Core).
While one is the Federal President of the Ahranaian Federation and while staying at the Presidential Palace and any other Residences the President always has Three Battalions of the Presidential Guards on the Property or at least Two Battalions on Call and Two on Property (Depends on the Location). The Presidential Guards Protect not only the President but all Members of the Executive Government and including the Republican Government Officials as well. The President also has access to a bullet Proof Estate Car that is on call 24/7 for whenever the President may need to use the vehicle. The President also has a Federal Plane that is used to travel to other Countries that cannot be traveled to by Car or Train or Ship within a reasonable amount of time. The President has a Presidential Train Coach that is reserved for the President Only as it is specifically designed for each President. At the end of ones Term the Coach is given to the Former President as a gift. When the President Travels by Boat it is on one of the Naval Vessels that have a design feature for the Former Monarchy, currently only two of these so called Monarchal Ships exist. When the President is on board the Presidential Standard is Flown and Ceremonial Uniforms are worn till the departure of the President. In addition to the Standard being flown on the Ships Mast, Two Naval Destroyers flank both the Left and Right side of the Ship, One Battlecruiser is in the Front of the Ship, Six Submarines are underneath the Ship Carrying the President at all times, and Two Frigates follow behind the Ship carrying the President.
