Ferran de Cerdanya (1072 - 1086), was an Aragonese nobleman, the fourth Count of Albarracin, who died as a minor.
Life
Ferran was the only child of Henry, third count of Albarracin, and his first wife Gueraua, who died before 1080. After his father's execution for treason on 20 May 1085, Ferran was permitted to succeed to the county of Albarracin. Ferran was described as a bright and precocious child, "the hope of his father's house", according to one contemporary chronicler. He died at the age of fourteen in 1086, after being bitten by a rabid bat. Ferran was succeeded by his uncle William, baron of Cerdanya.
