The First Battle of Dragovich was the first engagement of the Third Imperial-Molvanian War and was fought between HMNS Dreadnought, a battleship of the Imperial Navy and the Dragovich Naval Station consisting of 11 vessels, 18 shore emplacements and 3,000 troops of the Imperial Molvanian Army. HMNS Dreadnought was already in port when war broke out and an attempt to capture the ship went wrong. Dreadnought, under the command of Admiral Lord Hood, was able to escape Dragovich with a captured torpedo boat, Z-71.
