The First Hegyhati Conquest, also known as the Hegyhati Conquest or the First Hoditok War was a part of the Hegyhati-Hoditok Wars. The First Hegyhati War was waged primarily between the First Hoditok Queendom and the outlying tribes. The First Hoditok War involved the former tribes of the Székely and Hajmaskar. The Székely were rendered extinct outside of male members after the war.

The war broke out at the behest of Orsolya I of the Hoditok, the second matriarch of the Hegyhati that sought to increase her standing among the Hegyhati. Her predecessor Dorottya I had gained prestige among the Hoditok through conquest and capture of the other tribes males. Dorottya I in particular had targeted Székely, Kaposvar & Hajmaskar tribal males for capturing. While not triggering a full blown war, the Székely, Kaposvar & Hajmaskar tribes briefly formed a tribal confederation in the case that the Hegyhati would potentially attack any of their tribes again. The war broke when Orsolya ordered a full frontal assault on Székely-Kaposvari held region of Szörényi. Over a years time the Hajmaskar refused to help in fighting the Hoditok invasion. The war culminated in the Battle of Mehádia where the Székely were completely conquered. According to Orsolya's Gospel, all females that were considered Székely were killed and all males were relocated into Hegyhat.

Orsolya subsequently led an attack on Kaposvar land and engaged the forces of remnant Székely and Kaposvar forces in the Battle of Dognácska. The remainder of the Székely forces were decisively defeated with the execution of the Székely Queen and the subjugation of Kaposvar. The Hajmaskar's willing to break the treaty was seen by Orsolya as traitorous and created a viewpoint that the Hajmaskar could not be trusted. In the Second Hegyhati War, her successor Ágnes I of the Hoditok would conquer the Hajmaskar in the same manner as Orsolya did to the Székely. The victory in the war was defined in the Treaty of Dognacska where the Kaposvari gave up half of their male population to the Hegyhati, the marriage of Orsolya and the secession of several villages around Dognacska. Additionally, Kaposvar was expected to answer any call to arms that the Hegyhati issued. The war saw the first use of Silver-Flailed Sisters, a unique historical military unit that was donned entirely silver armor and weapons.
