The First Secretary of the Secretariat of the Satrian Section of the Workers' International, or simply the First Secretary, is the highest office within the Satrian Section of the Workers' International centered in Arthasthan. The First Secretary is head administrator, commander in chief, and chief diplomat in domestic and international affairs for the party, and wields considerable influence in Arthasthan. The power of the office within Arthasthan has varied considerably over time, from acting as the supreme leader of the country to sharing power with Arthani government officials. The current First Secretary is Abhijit Kamalanayan who was elected by the Central Section Council in 2013.
