The national flag of Ignesia is a purple flag with the stripe of the coat of arms of the House of Vimic in gold, with a circle containing the wreath and leaf interrupting the center left of the stripe. The wreath and leaf, or Par vi Revé, is a national and religious symbol of Ignesia, symbolizing Nexarnism in Ignesia, while the stipe of Vimic symbolize the ruling dynasty, the eponymous House of Vimic. It's first iteration, currently the war flag of Ignesia, has the sun, or Nafesa's Eye, in place of the current leaf in the wreath, symbolizing the will of Nafesa within the Ignesian people.

The war flag of Ignesia was the first iteration of the national flag, used during the starting years of the Western Incursions, when Ignesia was at almost perpetual war with the Avaneren nations for over 100 years. Designed by Karape Venoraxer, a priest in the Seceter of Meves close to Vrezar Vimicia, it was used officially as a war flag, with the Ylzar La (Purple Pride), the Vimician coat of arms on a purple background still serving as the state flag. But, more than a century of war and the continued use would cement the war flag of Ignesia as a symbol of national pride and the unofficial flag of the people of Ignesia in place of the Ylzar La. Therefore, when the Treaty of Basroulles was signed, and the Western Incursions ended, Vimicifinax established a modified version of the war flag, with the wreath and leaf replacing the Nafesa's Eye. The war flag is still used by the armed forces and the nation in times of war.
