Fort Havenedge is a massive military installion situated in x Province in western Belhavia near the border with Estovakiva built in 1996 and was meant to house the headquarter elements of ARAB [Anthoran Royal Army in Belhavia] as well as to provide quartering for the troops and some of the equipment assigned to it.
Initial construction on Fort Havenedge began in 1994 following the acceptance of Belhavia into the Central Defence Initiative the previous year, 1993, and its initial purpose was to serve as a base and headquarters for IV Standard, which was planned to be reformed and shipped to Belhavia for permenant stationing as a counter to any Estovakivan aggression or attacks. However, setbacks were made in 1994 when defence spending cuts under the Liberal ruling government prompted plans to station a full Standard there to be scrapped and the base was only garrisoned by an air force security group for its first year.
In 1995, the new conservative government, with a new Defense minister, Secretary David Parker, lobbied for and received a massive increase in defence spending, and the military expanded by nearly 200,000 personnel that year, which allowed for the plans that led to the formation of ARAB, which was triggered by the the formation of PETA which would eventually transform into RCO. In 1996, the Kings Royal Hussars arrived in the early days of February, notable with their new-at the time M3A2 Champions and were garrisoned within the Fort as well as being deployed in accordance to the REFORBEL. By 1997, the 7th Infantry Division, the most senior infantry unit, had joined them and by the end of the century all of the equipment was in place. Between 2008 - 2013, the base's ammo and equipment stores were replaced and updated with more modern gear and the base itself received major infrastructure upgrades, and an expansion allowing a newer power generation area.
Fort Havenedge remains the largest overseas Anthoran Army posting and its largest base overall, with an area encompassing nearly 4,500 sq mi, the Fort is also sometimes called a Joint Forces Base due to its massive and extensive facility and support accomodations, with enough barracks housing for an entire Army Group, as well as four major ammunition and equipment storage facilities and an airfield for cooperation with the RAF that is home to more then thirty seven hangars, more then two hundred revetments and the ability to house more then one full Air Group, as well as the support crew for it. The fort also maintains pre-cleared satelitte areas, called stations, for use in case of a wartime and the need for rapid expansion of the base arises. The base maintains four of these sites, Station Delany, approximately thirty sq miles in area it is meant to be used as overflow barracks in case of wartime deployments and garrisons; Station December, which is approximately forty sq miles and is home to an ammo depot, resupply depot and meant for an expansion of support facilities in case of large operations; Station Devaulle, which is ten square miles and is an emergency airfield and finally Station D'orican which is twenty sq miles and is use is currently labeled as "General Purpose"
