The Fourth Order is an military formation of the Arkyatani Land Forces. The Fourth Order was founded in 1975, and since then has been assigned to defense of Arkyatan's south-central sector of the K'toca Empire. Like all Arkyatani Orders, it is composed of both active duty, reserve, and paramilitary forces.
