The Atmoran Special Shock Group (Iravian: Groep Speciale Stoottroepen), commonly abbreviated as GSS, is an elite special mission unit of the Atmoran Army, under the operational control of the Atmoran Special Operations Forces Command. The unit is tasked with specialized missions primarily involving hostage rescue and counter-terrorism, as well as direct action and special reconnaissance against high-value targets.

Most GSS operators are selected from the Atmoran Army's Special Research Unit and other special operations units.
