Giustino Milano (Born: March 22, 1966) is a Lissathan former professional footballer who mainly played as a second striker, or as an attacking midfielder, although he was capable of playing in several offensive positions. Milano is legendary in Lissatha, being known as Lo Santios (the saint) for his role in revitalizing the national team, itself known as Lo Devikós (the divine). Milano is widely considered the greatest player in Lissathan history and has consistently been one of the most popular people in the country.

In 1998 Milano was permanently banned from international play for attempting to bring a gun on the field while Lissatha was losing 2-0 to the Slavic Union during a friendly, this would end his international career in his prime.
