The Government of the Russian Empire, formally Government of His Imperial Majesty the Tsar, (Russian: Правительство Его Императорского Величества Царя, Pravitel'stvo Yego Imperatorskogo Velichestva Tsarya) exercises executive power in the Russian Empire. The members of the government are the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, the deputy Chairmen, and the Ministers. The Apparatus of the Government of Russia is a governmental body which administrates the activities of the government

According to the current 1993 Constitution of Russia, the Tsar is not a part of the Government, which exercises executive power. But, the Tsar does appoint the Prime Minister.

The government issues its acts in the way of decisions (Постановления) and orders (Распоряжения). These must not contradict the constitution, laws and Imperial decrees, and are signed by the Chairman.

The Government, also assists the Chairman, in faithfully carrying out the country's domestic and foreign policy as decreed by the Tsar, in general.

  • Minister of Finance

  • Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media
  • Minister of Construction and Utilities
  • Minister of Energy
