Richard IV(Richard Albert Alexander Wright) is the Current King of the Great British Empire. Richard created the Great British Empire on October 3rd, 2020. since then the region has had 1 Prime Minister and has seen 2 Princes of Wales
Atlantis Revolution
The rise of the Great British Empire begun even before its creation. Richard IV had pushed for a referendum to make The Kingdom of Atlantis(now dissolved) a teritorry of Lisseum. he had negotiated with the Lisseum Head of State(then Thomassear) and had put up a referendum in Atlantis. of course the referendum contained articles which removed the Monarch and the Monarchy. The Referendum was the deleted by King Anish(King of Atlantis). Although deleted, the referendum stood and Anish was succesfully removed and treaty negotiations had begun. during the negotiations Anish came to a disagreement with Thomassear and Richard about separation of powers, which destroyed the negotiations and shut down the move. Richard had spotted that Anish had made himself King again even though the referendum removed him and told him, Anish and Richard got into a heated argument that ended up with Richard being banned from Atlantis. That was the beginning of the end of the Kingdom of Atlantis and little did they know at that point, that it would be the start of the Great British Empire.
Creation of the Great British Empire
Richard IV created the Great British Empire on October 3rd 2020. When he created the region, he invited his two sons Prince Harry and Prince Andrew, three of them alongside Sir Angus Baker laid the foundations for the Great British Empire. Richard created a constitutional assembly which was occupied by the Senior Royals and the Government, at that time the region had only 6 citizens. Sir Angus Baker was the Leader of the Government at that time. he had chosen Mr. Anish Reddy to serve as the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Anish attempted to overthrow the monarch but the situation was handled and surprisingly he was allowed back into the region. This event was followed by Prince Andrew declaring himself dictator of the Kingdom of Atlantis thereby destroying any plans to annex the region. the Government has seen 3 cabinet reshuffles during his reign and the first Premiership
