Guldbrandcenteret is a shopping center located next to Kaslund Central Station in Kaslund, Littland. It is Littland's largest shopping center.
History
The shopping center takes its name after the owner Guldbrand Group. Before Guldbrandcenteret was built there was another Guldbrand owned department store in Kaslund, Sønderbrocenteret, which was about one-third the size. Sønderbrocenteret was turned into a mixed use development containing shops, office spaces and apartments following the opening of Guldbrandcenteret, which happened on 14 July 2004 and the first week saw almost 100.000 visitors.
Facilities
Guldbrandcenteret has a 4-story floor area of 128,000 square metres with 162 stores, making it Littland's largest shopping center. It contains 20 restaurants and cafés as well as a cinema with 12 screens. Some of it's largest stores include, a Vagner Electronics store, a Tele-S 'megastore' with over 100 phones on display as well as several chains owned by Guldbrand Group such as Brutto, Kiosk1000 and a K-O superstore.
