Haldune Antar was the emperor of Yahel. His reign started 1972 and has lasted up to 1990. Haldune III is apart of the Shinan dynasty which has existed since the founding of Yahel its self back in 1427 AD. Although being the third Haldune, none of Haldune III's predecessors have been on the throne due to the mechanics of tanistry. Haldune III showed little involvement in the running of the nation its self and delegated a large portion of his power to both his royal advisor Paul Benis and the king of Jerusalem Jamaal al-Habibi. Most days emperor Haldune III was often seen either eating, working out, indulging in the pleasures of the flesh or playing with his albino pet goat Yeff.

During February 1990, a referendum was held in an attempt to install a form of socialism into the Yahelian government. During this referendum, it was decided that Haldune III was unfit to be emperor and Rajab Dajani was assigned to take his spot. After this shift of power Haldune III returned to his boxing career in Qatar.

In 1992 Haldune regained a small portion of his old power. On July 31st the Workers Council of Yahel passed a resolution to reinstate the Monarhy of Yahel to a very small degree. Haldune was given Bahrain to rule over, with supervision of Yahel and once Again he hung up his boxing gloves and assembled his royal court. With Paul Benis dead, he needed himself a new royal advisor so he settled on naming his best friend during his wressling career, Regule Al-Samir, his new royal advisor.
