Hans Skeyvesant Tower is a 54-floor, 1,155 ft (352 m)[1] skyscraper in the Riverside Department of Greater Nuxenstat, the capital metropolis of the Grand Duchy of Radictistan. It is presently the tallest building in Radictistan. In addition to numerous commercial offices, the tower contains an observation deck on the 54th floor as well as two restaurants. The building is mounted by two broadcast antennae used by area television and radio broadcasters. Notable tenants include the Nuxenstat Word and Capital Semiconductors. The structure suffered from low occupancy rates for many years following its construction and is often cited as a white elephant.

The building is named for Hans Skeyvesant, a member of the Eastval Party who was killed in an accident during the initial exploration of the Radictistani peninsula.
