'He'kir' is the third largest city in the Alfar Imperium of Amador, the capital of the Lah Hafel Prefecture, and the chief city of the Mingdol Metropolitan Area, which forms the fourth largest metro area in the nation. He'kir is a chief financial city behind Citadel, and possesses the third largest urban economy in the nation. He'kir is noted for having the densest cityscape in the nation and the second largest financial district.

He'kir lies at the northermost tip of the Imperium where it is separated from Vismer, a Scandinvan territory, by the Irindwe Strait, the most strategically important waterway for the Imperium and a heavily disputed region directly affected Alfar-Scandin Relations. Due to its promise, Bashki Naval Base and Amas Joint Military Base are located within the city confines.

He'kir possesses the densest skyline in the nation owing in large part to the limited land area of the city and as a terminus to the nation. The cityscape is home to some of the nation's tallest structures, including the Millennia Tower, an 800 meter structure situated at the heart of the Haskha Business District. He'kir is also known for its relative lack of ancient Alfar architecture, as the city is only a few hundred years old. Its cityscape and overall architecture reflects influences from across the world rather than from Alfar proper

Finance is essential to the He'kir economy, with the city serving as the largest banking city in the nation, and the third largest overall financial center behind Citadel and Ifa Serine. It is a magnate for IT investments. Eltaria Central Bank, the primary and largest bank in Amador, is headquartered in the city alongisde three of the next five largest banking companies in the Imperium.

The city suffered extensive damage during the 2024 He'kir Earthquake, which saw vast swaths of the residential disctricts destroyed and a loss of life over 100,000 citizen. It is currently the deadliest recorded natural disaster in Amadorian history and has extensive damage to He'kir infrastructure network.
