Heads of Office in Halsuntria

Each of the 13 Members of the Head Council gets assigned a job or Head of Office that they will be in charge of for their tenure as Councilman. The Heads of Office are listed below in great detail. Head of Public Information; Head of Wildlife and Agriculture; Head of International Representation; Head of Foreign Products; Head of Weather, Space, and Chemical Studies; Head of Scientific Industry; Head of Transportation; Head of Domestic Security; Head of Borough Administration; Head of Education; Head of Retail Services; Head of Treasury; and Head of the Military. It is also important to know that some Heads of Office are more powerful than others and some disagreements are settled in the Legislative Branch.

Here are the basics of each position

Head of Public Information: It's their job to inform the Public on what is happening in The Head Council and what decisions are being made by the oligarchs. They don't make many decisions in The Head Council but instead, they write them down and tell the Public about them. This job is usually for the most honest and least corrupt of the oligarchs. They are also in charge of the main news channel.

Head of Wildlife and Agriculture: They monitor what's happening to the animals and plants on Halsuntrian territory. They make sure that nothing illegal is happening and make delegations that help benefit the environment and protect the wildlife in Halsuntria. They have control the Halsuntrian National Park Service to establish national parks and protect them.

Head of International Representation: They go meet up with other nations in Anteria and represent them in the AWA. They meet up with leaders to present trade deals made by the Head of Trade, but can also declare war and make peace. They get informed by the Head of Trade about trade deals so that he can present them to foreign leaders. Most decisions made by them have to be approved by the rest of The Head Council so that they all agree on what Halsuntria stance is in foreign relations.

Head of Trade: It's the Head of Trade's job to make trade deals and approve products coming from other nations. They largely work with the Head of International Representation about what countries Halsuntria wants to trade with. While the Head of Trade is suitable for what Halsuntrian wants to import as well as what it wants to export as well. A large part of the job is understanding Halsuntrian consumers in order to make trades to fit their needs.

Head of Weather, Space, and Chemical Studies: Their job consists of making advancements in Space Exploration, continuing the rigorous study of the Periodic Table and other chemistry-related studies, and making accurate meteorological predictions and continuing the study weather events. The Space part of the job has became increasingly important with the national desire to know what is beyond our planet.

Head of Scientific Industry: They are in charge of the upkeep of other scientific studies. They are in charge of the mining industry as it relates to studies of what is beneath our planet, and the fishing industry because it relates to the underwater studies and the intensive research of what is on the ocean floor. They often meet with the Head of Wildlife and Agriculture to discuss their decisions to the environment.

Head of Transportation: The Head of Transportation keeps transportation in and out of the country under control and is in charge of building new roads, airports or stations. They are in charge of the National Airline, Halsuntrian Airways, and train line, Hasuntland Connect. They also ensure that public transport like metros and public buses are running on time. The Head of Transportation is also in charge of the postal service delivering letters across the country.

Head of Domestic Security: The Head of Domestic Security is in charge of the of the criminal system and the police to make sure that crime is eradicated in Halsuntria. They are in charge of arresting felons and the operations of prisons across the country. They also are in charge of border security at International Airports and checking visas from arriving foreigners.

Head of Lower Administration: It's their job to keep the Boroughs, Parishes and the Uoget system organized. They help narrowing down the uoget and present the uoget to The Head Council for them to choose from. They organize the Borough and Parish Councils and are in charge of moving the borough and parish borders if they need to be changed. They can remove a member from the Borough or Parish Council if they see fit. They make sure that the boroughs and parishes are running properly and are benefitting the people that live there.

Head of Education: The Head of Education has control over all schools in Halsuntria. There are no Private Schools in Halsuntria which means that all kids go to Halsuntrian Public Schools. The Head of Education has the power to change the curriculum between Parishes and works with the Board of Education on ways to benefit school life and where new schools should be built. They also have control of the 13 Public Universities in the country (one for each Department) with the rest being under private control.

Head of Retail Services: The Head of Retail Services is in charge of making sure the Retail part of the economy is doing great and preventing any one company from having too much power. A notable example of this is when Ramazon had a monopoly over the online retail industry. The Head of Retail Services divided it into six smaller companies to make sure that no company had more than 1/2th of the market. They also make ensure that companies don't go bankrupt by giving them money to get on their feet again.

Head of Treasury: The Head of the Treasury oversees the Treasury of Halsuntria. It oversees the budget of Halsuntria and has to approve the yearly budget as well as where additional spending from the other 12 members of the Head Council. It is the boss of the Treasury of Halsuntria as has legal control of most actions relating to the organization.

Head of Military: They have control over the four branches of the military, the Navy/Coast Guard, Air Service, and Marines. They work with the Head of International Relations on where to place military bases and where troops should be stationed. They also control satellites to detect where foreign aircraft, boats and submarines are coming to Halsuntria's territory. They are in charge of Halsuntria when it comes to war times and either take the blame or the victory if they win of lose the war.
