Hesperidesian People's Socialist Republic of Egypttiansstan
The Hesperidesian People's Socialist Republic of Egypttiansstan was a short-lived nation that sprung into existence after the fall of the Empire of Exponent on November 18, 1996. The nation was led by Egypttiansstanni general Marwan Moghadam until March 3, 2001, when he was overthrown by Egypttiansstanni nationalist radicals led by General Masud Basara, who felt the Moghadam regime was not doing enough to stem the rising power of the Blackhelm Confederacy and was unable to assert themselves on the global stage.
Almost immediately after the coup, the Basara regime began committing atrocities against the civilian population, prompting an armed intervention on September 4, 2001. The nation was annexed into the Blackhelm Confederacy following a brief armed conflict, officially surrendering to Confederate forces on November 19, 2001.
