Huỳnh Mộng Vân Xuân (15 August 1974) is a Quenminese politician serving as the incumbent Leader of the Opposition in the Supreme Assembly of Quenmin. Concurrently, she serves as a member of the Supreme Assembly for the Nationalist Party for the Kon Yên South constituency.
Xuân was born to Huỳnh Mộng Duy Thạch and Efrosyni Đỗ, both of whom served managerial positions in the Huỳnh Mộng Construction and Logstics Company. She obtained a bachelor of arts degree in public administration with a minor in international relations from Bao Cai Royal University, and her master's from Trinh Lieu Han University. After serving with the Thanh Nguyên city government for 10 years, Xuân was elected as a Nationalist member of the Supreme Assembly in her district during the 2012 Quenminese general election. From 2014 to 2016, she served as a member of the Supreme Assembly Government Oversight Committee, and played an instrumental role in the uncovering of Ngô Sáng Hiếu's financial malfeasance. From 2018 to 2019 Xuân chaired the Supreme Assembly Haigia Committee, and pushed for the indictment of the accussed logistics corporate officers and several complicit city officials. In 2022, she was elected Leader of the Opposition for her vocal antipathy against Quyền Phương Nghi's interventionist foreign policy.
