The Imahara-class destroyer, also formerly known as the Future Coian Surface Combatant, is a family of guided missile destroyers operated by the navies of SAMSO and BCO nations. The family of destroyers were originally conceptualized in the late 90s as a means for Senria to augment her navy by standardizing and supporting the navies of her various Coian allies. The ships were designed by a joint Ansene-Senrian commission and are largely built between Ansan's Sindae Naval Yards and Senria's Something or Another. Other components are sourced from various SAMSO and BCO nations. The Imahara-class forms the core of the Ansene Naval Forces.
