The Imperial Longinorian Armed Forces (Portuguese: Forças Armadas Imperiais da Longenória; Spanish: Fuerzas Armadas Imperiales de Longenoria; Italian: Forze Armate Imperiali di Longinoria; Alemanisk: Rikensarmee Langinor; Kanzakihito: Teikoku-gun Ronginō) are the military forces of the Imperial Republic of Longinor, responsible for the defense of Longinor. The Imperial Armed Forces (the ILAF) consists of three service branches: the Imperial Army, the Imperial Navy, and the Imperial Air Force. The Grand-Matriarch of Longinor is the commander-in-chief of the military, although the Grand-Matriarch has vested part of executive authority upon the Cabinet (the War Ministry and the minister-president, to be precise). It is the minister-president and his cabinet that, in times of war and peace alike, makes the key decisions of the armed forces.

The Imperial Longinorian Armed Forces is one of the world's largest militaries in terms of personnel, which is drawn from a large number of volunteers, although conscription still is active for both men and women aged 18, who must serve for 10 to 12 months in a military service branch. The Longinorian military budget in 2021 was almost $360 billion, the third-largest in the world, only behind the Serican Empire and the United Socialist States of Columbia.

The Imperial Longinorian Armed Forces were created in 1862 when the Army Ministry and the Navy Ministry were merged under the War Ministry. Its first name was "Armed Forces of Longinor"; the current name and form were adopted only in 1924, with the Athenian Revolution and the Proclamation of the Imperial Republic under Veronica von Lauterbach. The Armed Forces played a key role during World War 2, allowing Longinor to increase its hard power and become one of the four world superpowers by 1980. Despite its initial prestige, the economic, social, and political crises that plagued the Second Military Republic (1988-2000) led to growing unrest among low-ranking officials and conscripts, paving the way to the Honorable Revolution of 2000, which reestablished democracy. It is important to note the interservice rivalry between the Imperial Army and the Imperial Navy, one of the main factors behind the fall of the Second Military Republic.

The ILAF is widely regarded as one of the most powerful militaries in the world. It is one of the few nuclear powers, the only one in the Western Hemisphere alongside the USS of Columbia. With significant capabilities in both power projection and defense, it spearheads technological development and innovation in military fields. The Longinorian navy is the largest in the world, both by the total quantity of ships and tonnage. The Imperial Air Force is the second-largest in the world. The Imperial Army is mostly mechanized; tanks are an integral part of Longinorian military operations.
