The Independent Intelligence Agency is a civilian intelligence agency for the Spirit of Hope government, it primarily focuses on human intelligence though it does engage in some forms of technical intelligence gathering.
History
Following repeated failures of the Army, Naval, and Diplomatic Intelligence organizations to share and corelate intelligence products resulting in repeated intelligence failures in 1911 a law was passed combining the organizations into one intelligence agency that would operate as an independent entity under the President of Spirit of Hope. On the first day of 1912 the Independent Intelligence Agency officially came into existence.
