Ingrid Bjerkeruud (born (1937-12-12)12 December 1937) was a Normarkian jazz singer. Often regarded as one of the greatest normarkian jazz singers, she never managed to break outside the country. She is mostly known for singing the national hits "Svaner i sjøen", "Livet som kvinne" and "Nattergaler om natten". Ingrid Bjerkeruud produced many albums, a total of 27, before her death on the 24th of July in 1998.
