Ipudorm, officially the state of Ipudorm, is a state spanning the entirety of northern Lekeadia and several surrounding islands, including the island of Vitomia and Benilaga. It borders Caluma, Nuevo Paraiso, and the Distrito Central to the south, and the Lekeadian Sea to the north.
Ipudorm is the seventh-most populous state in the Serenacy, with over 18 million residents as of the 2096 census, and over 19 million estimated to reside in the state in 2100. The state is median by area and has the a moderately high population density among all states. The largest metropolitan area in the state is Greater Plaimo, which includes and surrounds Plaimo, the state's largest and nation's tenth-most populous city. The second-largest metropolitan area, the Central Ipudorm Plains, is centered in and around Gran Salvador, the state's second-largest city, and includes the state capital of Puerto Adinerardo. The state's subsequent five most populous cities are Puerto Encantado, Tematecas, La Placasia, Segoca, and Eocuipetl.
Since the state's 1965 admission, a number of influential Ipudormites have proven national and global leaders in their respective fields. Fifth President Rodrigo Itocuih Madero Obispo, was born in the state, and was vital to the Serene Annexation of Kangsu. The only other President from the sate is Mariana Santana Magalhães, who was the Eighth President, and infamous for her economic mismanagement. The state was the site of the formation of the Union Socialist Party in 2009, which would later become one of the primary political parties in the country. Ipudorm also has accumulated a lengthy list of firsts among U.S. states, including being the country's first state, the first factory (1799), the first science organization (1801), among other first.
