The JURIC (Janpian Union of Revolutionary Intelligence Center), is the main intelligence ministry of the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, subordinate to the Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces under the Revolutionary Council. Not written on the constitution of the Janpian Union, JURIC has unknown functions on the Party, with its public functions only aimed for intelligence gathering, carrying out internal security, foreign intelligence, counter-intelligence and secret-police functions. Prior to the establishment of the Party, the JURIC allegedly used to exist as the Revolutionary Internal Security Enforcement (RISE), before being integrated with the other ministries such as the Revolutionary State Intelligence Ministry (RSIM) and military equivalents. The JURIC is officially under the Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces (JURF) branch, on command of the Revolutionary Council.
Described as the dark chamber of the Party, JURIC, like all the ministries of the Janpian Union of Government Worker's Party, is headquartered at JURIC Hall in Fort Kalinka at Kalingrad, and has subordinates in every towns, kolshaks, or cities. It has been noted that JURIC's primary emphasis is on matters of intelligence, security, and covert enforcement. However, its jurisdiction and extent is unknown, as it's functions was not defined in the Party constitution, unlike other Party organs. Its modus operandi, or mode of operation, is also unknown and often times unreported. Subsequently, the JURIC Ministry is under the command of the Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces, with less constraints imposed by the rule of law. Officially, the JURIC operates under the extent of the Revolutionary Interests, doing every measures it can to bridge and provide it for the Party.
Organization
The JURIC is officially headquartered at JURIC Hall, located at Perozhkaya Column Street, Fort Kalinka, Kalingrad City. The hall was a former barracks building, with distinct Janpian-style architecture and roofing, all while maintaining the original façade of the building. Given that the JURIC is listed under the Revolutionary Forces, it has military style ranks and uniforms, along with a tradition which is a bit distinct from the rest of the Revolutionary Forces branches. Its organization varies, with sub-ministries for different operations such as counter-intelligence, intelligence, field operations, research, cybersecurity and among others in both civilian or revolutionary levels. Despite being under the Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces, the JURIC is detached in terms of operations, levels, conduct, and law.
Like the rest of the Janpian workplace, the JURIC's sub-ministries or organizations within are powered by Worker's Council, which are not registered under the Union of Party Members Committee. It also does not have any representatives within it and the Ministry was wholly represented at the Committee by the Revolutionary Council (Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces) or the Commissar itself.
Leadership
Like the rest of the Party ministries, JURIC has a Commissar which heads the directorates and leads the ministry functions. Given that it is under the Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces, a paramilitary branch of the Party, the JURIC got its Commissars through appointments rather than elections from the Union of Party Members Committee. The process of application and qualification is unknown, while its ministries and anything underneath are either elected under the involved sub-ministry or appointed by the ministry Worker's Council or the Commissar, depending on the qualifications and other important prerequisites.
As indicated in the organization, the Commissar fully represents the JURIC on the Union of Party Members Committee sessions and has direct authority over its organs or functions. Like every member under the Revolutionary Council, the JURIC Commissar must also be approved by the Office of the People's Marshal.
Budget
Details of the JURIC's budget and resource allocation are fully classified, but registered under the Revolutionary Council (Janpian Union of Revolutionary Forces)'s tab. However, its budget break down along with the indicated resources are hidden, despite the existing laws such as the Currency Transparency Act.
There were numerous attempts to check the budget information at the Union of Party Members Committee, but they were often shut down due to concerns about the security and operations of the Revolution, resulting in not much progress. Nonetheless, the JURIC has stated that they have their own audit reports which are submitted to the Revolutionary Council and the Office of the People's Marshal.
Logo
The JURIC logo features a shield bearing the symbol of the Janpian Union of Government Workers' Party, which consists of three elements: the afternoon sun, a star, and a cross. Underneath it is a Janpian writing which translates as "Janpian Union of Revolutionary Intelligence Center" and a huge Janpian and english text showing its abbreviation, JURIC. The shield contains the color of the Janpian flag, encrusted in gold. The shield design has similar meanings to the flag, with red standing for the blood that has fallen for the revolution and black for the revolutionaries' struggle. In overall, the shield signifies defense for the Revolution, being the forefront of its success.
Beneath the shield is a sword, signifying security and strength. Being concealed under a shield, the sword also means consistency and secrecy to its goals and means.
Lastly, beneath them all is a wheat symbol, which signifies progress and development of the Revolutionary society. It was placed under the shield and sword, as these protect and arms the said significations from any attack and allow peace to promulgate within.
