Jia Juan was a Li mouse general and philosopher that was active during the Auspicious Mouse Rebellion and the Yellow Mouse-Bear Rebellion. She would play a major role in the establishment of the Second State of Xiongshu. She was one of the original Zhengzhong Rebels alongside He Yi and Huang Shao who killed the Dragon Governor Xian Xi and began the Auspicious Mouse Rebellion.
