History

Joint Base Siarvi has a rich history that dates back several decades. Its strategic location in Assemini, San Martina, positioned it as a crucial overseas base for the Timerian military, specifically the Timerian Air Force and Navy. The base has played a significant role in supporting operations in the Toyana Ocean region and has been instrumental in maintaining regional stability.

Establishment of Joint Base Siarvi: Joint Base Siarvi was officially completed in 1998, marking the beginning of its operational history. The base was envisioned as a joint venture between the Timerian Air Force and Navy, designed to facilitate coordinated air and naval operations in the region.

With the establishment of the Timerian Space Force, Joint Base Siarvi welcomed the 42nd Space Operations Squadron. This unit, dedicated to space-based operations and satellite communication systems, further diversified the base's capabilities and reinforced its importance as a multifaceted military installation.

Role and Operations

Joint Base Siarvi hosts the 68th Air Mobility Wing "Siarvi Eagles," which specializes in air mobility and airlift operations. This wing operates a fleet of transport aircraft, including T-210 Parrots and T-9 Loadmasters II, to provide rapid deployment and sustainment of forces, humanitarian aid, and disaster relief operations. Their capabilities ensure the timely and efficient movement of personnel and cargo across the Toyana Ocean region.

Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief: With its strategic position in the Toyana Ocean region, Joint Base Siarvi serves as a staging ground for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. The base's infrastructure and units stationed there are capable of rapidly deploying resources, personnel, and equipment to provide aid and support during natural disasters, humanitarian crises, and other emergencies in the region.
