José Barros Méndez (born 1919) is a Granadine politician serving as the current President of La Granadina since 1964. A member of the Ospinismo faction of the Conservative Party, Méndez is widely seen as a representative of the mainstream, pro-Western centre-right faction in Granadine politics.
