Joseph Sebastian Clarke (born October 17, 1995) is an American politician who is the 51st and current President of the Reformed States. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented Nevada in the Reformed States Senate from 2037 to 2045, and served as the mayor of Fallon from 2033 to 2037.

Born in Fallon, he attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and becoming a lawyer shortly thereafter in Las Vegas. He was elected mayor of Fallon in 2032, succeeding the retiring Ken Tedford, who had served as the town's mayor for 38 years (taking office before Clarke was born). He ran for senate in 2036 against incumbent Jacky Rosen and won, becoming the first Republican senator for the state since Dean Heller in 2019. As chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, from 2041 to 2045, he oversaw two contentious Supreme Court nominations, including those of Julian Vanecek and John Legamens. Clarke secured the Republican nomination for the 2044 presidential election and won, defeating Democratic challenger Diane Ryan and unseating incumbent independent Joe Boldano. At age 49, he became the youngest person to assume the presidency after the Second American Civil War.
