Juan Carlos Guillermo (June 23, 1921 - August 14, 1979), nicknamed El Toro (The Bull), was a Barcelbaoan dictator and general who ruled Barcelbao from 1962 until his assassination in 1979.
Guillermo rose through the ranks of the Barcelbaoan Army and became General Chief of Staff before being appointed as Minister of Defense on November 9, 1948 by President Víctor Aspérez. On July 2, 1962, Guillermo successfully seized power in a coup d'état.
Early life
Juan Carlos Guillermo was born to wealthy farmer Carlos Tafalla and teacher María Paula Guillermo in Mallayo, Esqueira on June 23, 1921.
