Just Stop Oil, often abbreviated as JSO, is a paramilitary force and criminal organization originating in the Free County of Liberty that is primarily focused on the issue of human-caused climate change, but all of their motives are debated. Founded as an environmentalist protest movement within the Free County, the group began to radicalize after several protests turned into violent altercations with Liberty authorities. Its membership is overwhelmingly composed of Gangers, although they self-identify as an international environmentalist organization. JSO has since launched attacks throughout the FCL; most notably in the Liberty Chinatown shootout, the River City bank heist and "TPOTG Waco".
