Katarina Solas, (born Karlene Duffy) is an Aisling adult entertainer, exotic dancer, and professional prostitute. She is well known for having co-stared in the 2015 adult film Hoe Down Show Down with fellow adult entertainers Natalie Neville and Ciara Canton. She often travels the nation preforming in various gentlemen's clubs and brothels. Reportedly, in 2017 during her residency at The Cat's Paw in Fife the price to spend an hour with her was worth up to 5,000.
Early life
Career
Upon turning eighteen, Solas wished to attend beauty college but was unable to raise the funds to do so. At the urging of her friends, she took a job as a nightclub dancer at a local bar and was reportedly surprised by her extreme success. Having raised the money to attending school with in 3 month she choose, instead, to continue her career as an adult entertainer. She contracted an agent and sent modeling videos to several casting agencies for both nude models and phonographic media production. In 2013 she traveled to Vamberk to meet with what she believed was a talent agent representing a phonographic video producer. She arrived and was informed that, in order to be considered for work, she would need to demonstrate her skills for him. She agreed to preform fellatio and other sexual acts with the agent during the interview. After returning to Possitz and several weeks of no contact, she reached out to the agency only to find that the phone number had been disconnected. Although she filed a police report with the Vamberk police, the supposed agent was never identified.
Later in 2013, feature dancer Norah Addie visited the club Solas was working at and the two became friends. Addie heard the story of Solas's humiliation in Vamberk and warned her against seeking too much too quickly, but also encouraged her to never give up on her dreams. According to a 2018 interview with Addie, "Adriana Solas is, of all the women I encountered during my career, the most talented young lady I have ever met." Emboldened, Solas returned to her work with a will and, in late 2013, at the behest of Addie Adult Media News magazine did a expose on the club Solas worked and and she was chosen as the winner of the 2014 AMN Editors Choice Pick: Best House Dancer award. She contacted Addie to thank her and in reply, Addie provided Solas with the number of a local reputable agent to help her start her career.
