Kuruch Malnonfi was a Karazawi soldier, general, politician and leader who's actions ended the Cuyamel War and led to the transition of Karazawa from an Absolute monarchy to a Constitutional monarchy. He was elected 7 times by the National Assembly of Karazawa as Yrateq of the Government in a period known as The Junta by the historians. His 40 years of rule are remembered for the reconstruction of the country after the Cuyamel War, the growing of the Karazawi economy, the modernization of the country's military and its harsh repression of any political dissents, of which even the Sesquechua Clan was victim of, with the Caconzi being exiled from Zacapatu and having to settle in Elque for the last decade of the Junta, and the Prince Inheritor, Cucumenthi II finding refuge in Tuthina.
