Lê Diễm Khuê (3 November 1906 – 16 July 1992), courtesy name Tường Vi, was a Quenminese naval officer. She served in the Siduri War, and comamanded the heavy cruiser IQNS Quảng Ngãi during the Sundering Sea Campaign.

Khuê was one of few women who held actual command over a ship. Graduating from the Imperial Naval College at Haigia, she was assigned to the cruiser as a lieutenant and rose to lieutenant commander by the start of the Siduri War. In the early days of the Sundering Sea Campaign, Khuê took over command of the Quảng Ngãi after her CO suffered mortal wounds and was promoted to captain upon recommendation from her colleagues. She continued to serve with distinction in the subsequent years, displaying exemplary performance as flotilla captain which earned her a promotion to rear admiral by the end of the war.

With her motherly personality, in contrast to her tenacity, she was nicknamed Mother Vi by her colleagues.
