Lành Chinh (15 March 1949  – ) is the incumbent monarch of Quenmin, as well as being the second monarch of the Phạm dynasty's Khúc branch. Born as Prince Phạm Khúc Bửu Thuật, he has ascended the throne on July 23, 1975 and has reigned as Emperor for over 40 years.
