Lawrence Champlain-Kourtney (born (1956-07-12)July 12, 1956, Lawrence James Champlain-Kourtney) is a former Alecburghish politician who served as the Governor of Outer Muskeleagua from March 10, 1981 until March 10, 2003. He is the father of current Prime Minister Pacifica Champlain-Kourtney.

Early life

Lawrence James Champlain-Kourtney was born on July 12, 1956. He is the only son of former, and late, governor, Peter Champlain-Kourtney and Laura Rome. His father, Peter was Black-Alecburghish, while his mother was Causasian-Rodrígueza.

Lawrence had two elder sisters; Alexandria (1950) and June (1952), as well as one younger sister, Carly (1958).
