The Liberals (Galego: Liberais) are a political party in Trenado, founded in January 1963. The party describes itself as liberal, occasionally leaning towards the centre-right ideologically.
The party was formed after historical and ideological disagreements with the Libertarians, as they were perceived as semi-socialist and pragmatic. Often times, both parties do not align politically — even if having similar views — and rarely occupy the same group as oppositors or government leaders.
