The Defence Awareness Status (DAS) is the alert readiness system used by the Royal Gristo-Serkonan Armed Forces. DAS has five levels, with level 5 being the lowest state of readiness and level 1 being the highest.
A two variants of the DAS is used by the National Office of Health and the GSIC to determine the biological warfare readiness and domestic security status.
