Episode One - “Pilot	In search of a new mortal manager for the Hotel, Kim Eun-Ji is seen trying to gain the guidance of the ancestors and search the real world for a new hire, however, her inability to stay visible for long periods of time hinders this process. In the meantime, the rest of the staff at the Ancestral Guest House are shown working hard to deal with the high number of guests present due to the recent departure of the old manager. Alessia Tiraboschi is an elf working for a subsidiary of MalPost that delivers food to people working in office buildings and research institutions overnight, a freak storm hits Alessia at the end of her shift and she ends up unknowingly taking refuge in the Hotel to avoid getting wet, with Alesia speaking casually to a very shocked Karen who takes them to meet Kim Eun-Ji Kim Eun-Ji is quite reluctant to accept the newcomer as a potential new mortal manager, however, a small crisis emerges and Alessia's quick handling of it gives Eun-Ji reason to give her a short trial which Alessia accepts.
Episode Two - “Hunger Pains”	Alessia is starting to settle into her new position at the Ancestral Guest House, with the elf seen having pleasing conversations with the Nefreedian security guards, Karen and Kyrlux and Dakba in a number of comedic flashbacks which showcase Alessia's talents in connecting with people and the various quirks of the hotel staff, however, she cannot seem to connect with Eun-Ji who remains cold and distant and rather dismissive of Alessia's work inside the Hotel so far. As business continues as normal a new arrival at the Hotel, a Malgravean called Stefan from Aurora causes some issues for Dakba and Kyrlux as the neko's ravenous appetite threatens to leave the stockrooms empty and cause unrest throughout the hotel. Alessia works with them and travels to Aurora and the fishing community to try and understand the regrets that Stefan has and gets involved in a fishing contest
Episode Three - “Snow Puffin”	Alessia continues to settle into the Hotel and is seen getting involved in some of the lighthearted pranks that are performed by Karen and TBN on some of the long-term residents of the Guest House, much to the annoyance of Kyrlux who rounds the trio up and forces them to engage in a long period of washing up the dirtiest dishes in the Hotel. After cleaning the dishes, the Hotel must deal with a new problem. Aurelia, a Malgravean from Omsk that is all geared up in suitable clothes for the cold winters of her hometown, with Alessia travelling to Omsk to try and take part in the regional snow festival, however, as someone from Epping Alessia isn't very good at creating some of the more advanced designs seen in Omsk such as Snow Puffins. In a surprising moment, Eun-Ji appears and helps Alessia and Aurelia build a rather good looking Snow Puffin, with the Hotel Owner shown possessing a softer side as she is able to interact with a few children present at the event before simply nodding at Alessia and disappearing.
Episode Four - “Calm and Steady”	Alessia is left feeling confused after Eun-Ji returned to her typical cold exterior after showcasing her softer side during the snow festival in Omsk and the Manager starts to investigate the owner of the Hotel, with the elf starting off talking to Karen in an attempt to gain some information, however, after getting details on everyone else in the Hotel she comes up short on information on Eun-Ji. Despite feeling frustrated Alessia works to assist their new guest, a Silverdalean Penguin called Aiko who appears looking distressed and uncomfortable, with Alessia working with Dakba and Kyrlux to calm him down with some fresh fish and hot chocolate with fresh marshmallows. Aiko was a prime swimmer in Silverdale, however, anxiety and pressure caught up on them and they had to retire from the sport, and now they fear that their son is going to go through the same troubles as them. Alessia travels to Silverdale and watches a local swimming competition, and after some mishaps and with assistance from Aiko and Karen are able to convince Aiko's son to take a more relaxed and measured approach to the sport.
Episode Five - “Partners Day”	It is Partners Day in Malgrave and even people in the Ancestral Guest House can be seen getting into the holiday spirit, with Karen and TBN seen trying to promote certain relationships and find a partner for an extremely exasperated Eun-Ji, with her mood only beaten by Alessia's sour mood as working at the Hotel, has decreased the amount of time she has been able to spend looking for partners. In spite of the holiday work at the Hotel continues and Aoithe from Glaristant is the latest guest to require assistance to travel onto the next plane, however, a mishap involving Karen and TBN's plan to hook up random guests results in Aoithe going missing somewhere in the Hotel and the various characters must work to track her down. In a flashback, Alessia remembers that Aoithe had a distinct smell due to the burial customs of her homeland and uses that to track the Glaristani down, and the elf travels to Glaristant to help Aoithe finish declaring her feelings so that she can pass on.
Episode Six - “Security!	It is all calm and quiet at the Ancestral Guest House with people joking around and entertaining each other, however, this calm atmosphere is broken when an attack on the Hotel forces the Nefreedian security guards into action and forces everyone else to go into a secure lockdown area for their own protection. As the characters are hiding, Alessia inquires as to how the Hotel came to have several Nefreedians guarding them, and Karen, Dakba and Kyrlux spend time sparking a few flashbacks that detail just exactly how TBN and the rest of the Nefreedians came to work for the Ancestral Guest House, with the revelation being that they were initially present to occupy the afterlife. After the situation is resolved Alessia asks Eun-Ji about the situation, with the Owner giving Alessia further details including a flashback of a conversation shared between Eun-Ji and TBN that hints at their past and the friendship that exists between the two characters.
Episode Seven - “Medic”	Alessia and the Ancestral Guest House are still in shock after the events of the following episode, and the Hotel moves somewhat slower compared to usual as people start fixing stuff that was broken in the previous attack, with several Nefreedians sporting minor injuries due to their ordeal and being tendered to by Karen. In this episode Su-Jin, a medic of the Royal Marines from Cerne arrives at the Hotel with her expertise being utilised to assist the Nefreedians that were wounded in the previous episode. It is initially unknown how she came to be a resident of the Guest House, and despite travelling to the Research Colony Alessia struggles to find any common ground. As Alessia is increasingly disappointed by her failures, Eun-Ji works to assist her, with the Owner revealing that she used to be a doctor assigned to the Royal Marines during the conflict with Imeriata that led up to the Great Exodus. Eun-Ji and Alessia work together to alleviate Su-Jin's concerns about her last patients and she can crossover, with the beginnings of a real friendship starting to form between Eun-Ji and Alessia, with the latter becoming even more curious about the background of the hotels' owner.
