The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Gallambria is the principal minister of the crown of His Majesty's Government, and the head of the Gallambrian Cabinet. The Office of Prime Minister was created by Royal Warrant granted by King George I in 1702. The first Member of Parliament to be appointed Prime Minister was, Edward Penrose who went on to hold the position for 12 years.

Prior to the creation of the post and the establishment of the Cabinet, management of Government business and affairs were managed by The Lord's Council, comprised of four member's of the Gallambrian Peerage, headed by the First Lord Councillor. The Lord's Council consisted of the Lord High Councillor, Deputy Lord High Councillor and First Lord of the Treasury, and two Junior Lord Councillors.
