Districts (French:Districts) (Yoganian:Districten) are the third level of subdivision in Yogania after Regions and States. The 22 Yoganian states are divided in 394 districts, each governed by a district council led by a president. The seat of district government is the prefecture (French:Préfécture'),(Buggan:Kopollin), (Kjerso:Bulorden). The role of prefecture is usually assigned to the largest city or town of the district.
