The East-Sun Housing Project, also commonly known as Little Tuthina, is a district located on the eastern outskirt of Ixu Chipiriche. It is accessible from the City Core via the 32th avenue, which serves most of the eastern suburbs.

The East Sun district is known for its Saturnians Tuthinans population, which are a majority in the district. The district was constructed between 1968 and 1972 to face the massive influx of Saturnians Tuthinans refugees from the Tuthinan islands, where they were persecuted. The Pontificate of Karazawa managed to convince many families to flee the islands and to find refuge in Karazawa, with the support of the government and of the royal family. Cucumenthi II Sesquechua was a vocal supporter of the Pontificate's actions and was one of the first to propose the idea of a new urban housing project in Ixe Chipiricua to lodge the refugees in. The construction of the district was financed via donations to the Pontificate, by the Pontificate of Tuthina and the Tuthinan Government, while the construction in itself was a Tuthino-Karazawi joint effort.

Today, Little Tuthina is still home of almost all of the Saturnian Tuthinan community of Karazawa, with the exception of a thousand or so that live in the towns and villages near Santa Fuego. It is known to be one of the "most livable" district of Santa Fuego, coming after the more luxurious northern suburbs and the city center. Tensions exist between Little Tuthina and other parts of towns, as its culture still clashes with the native population and it is known to be a bastion for the republicans Chukurhicha Kexi and Juramchukuni pichpiricha parties (Republican candidates in Santa Fuego tend to be of Tuthinan origin) in the middle of an eastern side that vote socialist or monarchist.
